Service as executive consultant with the Business Development Centre (ISGEM) Project (Contract No.: TR07R1.41-04/001) implemented by Middle Anatolia Development Agency in Sivas, within the framework of the Regional Competitiveness Operational Program. The project included consulting services for the preparation of the investment and operational feasibility studies of the Business Development Center, the preparation of the investment and operational feasibility studies of the incubator, the selection and training of the project team, and the process of making the center ready for operation.
